Nadi Thursdays

Monire Monire Monire!

So, tonight, there is an awesome film screening in Miller Theatre (get your free student tickets at the T.I.C.); doors open at 6.30pm. Want to know one of the incentives? Matisyahu will be there =)

But let me focus on the substance behind the event. It is a documentary showing how there are more slaves (being trafficked) today than in the past. How wild is that?

Also, the IRC will be turning 20 this year! To commemorate, there will be a Days of Dialogue Conference in late March (26th to 27th). I'm sure the details will be out soon!

Of course, BBC news item of the week: It's about time this [political] criminal is arrested...ex-President of Malawi (MW), Bakili Muluzi: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/7912077.stm

What I am listening to now? Mbina by ~WuN~ (one of my pals in MW's group..._AMAZING_)

Enjoy your Thursday. Keep it Nadi tonight ;)
